Description
The Palermo Queen DIY Wall Bed Hardware Kit provides the steel frame, wooden slats, lifting mechanism and black handle needed to build a custom wall bed cabinet. It is suited to a spare room, home office or studio where the bed needs to fold away when the room is used for another purpose.
The slatted frame measures 154 x 204 cm and is designed for a 153 x 203 cm mattress. When the bed is raised, the automatic folding legs move out of the way, while the pneumatic lifting system helps with smooth operation.
The frame has a black powder coated finish, and the kit includes two 105 kg hydraulic pistons, a slow fall safety system and a 250 kg weight rating. The recommended mattress weight is up to 25 to 30 kg. Manufacturer recommended cabinet specifications are available on request to help with the custom cabinetry build.
Cabinetry and storage furniture are not included, so this kit suits buyers who are constructing or commissioning their own cabinet around the supplied mechanism and frame.
