Kotimme delivers within Australia. Available services and charges depend on the products in your order and the delivery postcode.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated for the destination and products selected and are shown during checkout before payment. Bulky products, remote destinations and orders containing items from multiple suppliers may attract different charges.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Products may be dispatched directly from supplier or fulfilment warehouses. Any dispatch or delivery timeframe shown is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays can occur because of stock availability, carrier networks, weather, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, we send the information needed to process and deliver an order to Dropshipzone, the relevant product supplier and delivery carrier. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
Separate deliveries
Items in the same order may come from different locations and arrive in separate consignments. Where tracking is available, it may be issued separately for each consignment.
Delivery address
Please check the recipient name, street address, suburb, state and postcode before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order has entered fulfilment, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.
Receiving your delivery
Follow the carrier’s tracking and delivery instructions. Some products may require a person to be present. If a carrier cannot complete delivery, re-delivery or collection arrangements and charges may apply.
Damage, missing items or tracking issues
Inspect deliveries as soon as practical. If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or tracking shows an unexplained issue, contact us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the product and packaging until we advise the next step.
Delivery restrictions
Some products cannot be delivered to every Australian postcode. If fulfilment is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund the affected item.
