Description
This Randy & Travis Machinery automatic gate opener is made for double swing gates at a home entrance where remote opening is more convenient than leaving the vehicle. Its 24V DC system supports up to 500kg per gate, with a 20W solar kit and battery backup included.
The aluminium alloy actuators open and close smoothly and quietly. You can run the system in dual gate or single gate mode, set the interval between the master and slave gates, and adjust automatic closing from 0 to 99 seconds.
Three 433.92MHz remote controls operate the opener from up to 30m and provide close, open, stop and pedestrian open functions. If an obstruction is detected, the stop and reverse function responds according to the adjustable sensitivity setting. Over current protection is built in, while manual operation remains available during a power failure. The digital control board provides status information and menu settings, and the control box has an IP44 protection class.
The solar kit includes two 10W mono solar panels and two 12V 7.2Ah backup batteries. The gates are not included, and installation must be completed by a licensed electrician.
Good to know: The maximum stated gate width is 5.5m when supporting a 200kg gate. The package measures 91 x 32 x 44cm and weighs 26.8kg.
