When barking starts interrupting the quiet at home, the Elosung Automatic Ultrasonic Dog Bark Deterrent detects it and responds without producing a sound that is generally audible to people. It is designed for indoor use and provides an automatic way to interrupt excessive barking.

The device detects a bark within an effective range of up to 50 feet, or approximately 15 metres, then emits a high pitched ultrasonic sound. The emission stops automatically after the bark is detected, allowing the unit to respond as needed without manual operation.

Frequency conversion technology is designed to provide a safer, more consistent deterrent for barking. The unit can be placed on a table or shelf, or hung on a wall, so it can be positioned within range of the dog. A green LED shows that the device is working, while a red LED indicates low battery. Battery operation also avoids the need for a power cable at the chosen location.
