Heading to the shops with a basket, commuting with a bag or packing for a bikepacking trip? The Elosung front bicycle rack adds a practical cargo platform to compatible mountain and city bikes without moving your gear to a rear rack.
This front fork carrier suits bikes with disc brakes or V-brakes. Its front position also keeps your cargo in view while riding, which is useful when carrying items you want to monitor on the way.
The rack is made from solid aluminium alloy and weighs approximately 330 grams. Its triangular support structure provides a stable platform, while the grooved surface helps reduce sliding. The black matte finish suits a range of bike styles, and a side lamp holder provides a mounting spot for a bicycle light. The platform measures approximately 22.5 cm long, 15 cm wide and 22 cm high.
Installation depends on your fork. Forks with three reserved mounting holes allow direct bolting. Forks with fewer mounting points, including forks with only a central hole or no side holes, can use the included clamp brackets instead. The package includes the rack, screws and mounting brackets for setup.
It is a useful way to carry everyday gear while keeping the load accessible at the front of the bike.
