Description

When a bathroom corner needs a defined shower area without filling the room with framing, this Della Francesca 110 x 110cm double door shower screen provides a clear glass enclosure with twin hinged access. It is designed for corner shower installations using 10mm tempered glass.

The supplied enclosure includes two 650 x 1990mm door panels and two 440 x 2000mm hinge panels. The doors use dual action hinges, so they open inwards and outwards, while the hinges self close from a 25 degree position.

Four brushed nickel U brackets secure the glass to the wall or floor without requiring holes in the glass. The brackets use concealed fixing and compression screws, and are made from solid brass for use with 10mm glass. The two wall to wall hinges are also brass and support up to 45kg. Each hinge has pre glued EPDM gaskets on its clamping plates to assist fitting. Square 25mm brass knob handles complete the doors and include plastic gaskets for the glass.

The 10mm glass is made to the AS NZS 2208 standard, giving renovation projects a clearly specified shower screen material. Brushed nickel hardware brings the door, brackets and hinges together in one finish.

This set gives a bathroom renovation a practical corner enclosure with generous hinged entry and a frameless glass appearance.
