Description
When a 4WD loses traction in sand, snow or mud, these two X-BULL Gen2.0 recovery tracks provide a firm surface to drive onto. They are made from reinforced nylon and have a stated load capacity of up to 10 tonnes on flat ground.
The tracks can also be used as shovels when the vehicle is stuck in desert sand or mud. Their U-shaped top profile and spike arrangement are designed to increase stability and help prevent sideways slipping, while the cruciform grip pattern underneath engages with the ground.
Each track measures 910mm long, 310mm wide and 60mm high. The reinforced nylon construction is described as tough, tensile, compression resistant, fatigue resistant, corrosion resistant, thermally stable and UV resistant. Lower ends support the track’s mechanical design, and the integrated handle is shaped for a more comfortable hold when positioning or clearing the track.
With a green finish and a listed gross weight of 4.7kg per pair, the Gen2.0 tracks are a practical addition to a 4WD recovery setup where compact, carryable traction equipment is needed.
