Description
Checking the pool before a swim is easier when the temperature is already on the indoor receiver. The Elosung Wireless Pool Thermometer uses a floating outdoor sensor to send water temperature readings to a display inside your home, so pool and spa owners can monitor conditions without going outside.
Place the remote sensor in a swimming pool, spa, hot tub or fish pond and keep the receiver indoors. Its wireless transmission reaches up to 60 metres in open areas, giving you coverage from the backyard to the house.
The receiver shows the water temperature alongside indoor temperature and humidity, with a digital clock that supports 12 or 24 hour display. The system also stores the day’s maximum and minimum temperature readings. The floating sensor has IPX7 protection and an upgraded sealed design, while its stated detection range runs from minus 40 to 70 degrees Celsius with accuracy of plus or minus 1 degree Celsius.
Both the host and sensor use two AAA batteries, which are not included. The white package contains the indoor host, floating sensor and lanyard.
Good to know: The listed wireless range applies to open areas, and the batteries need to be purchased separately.
