Large dogs need more than a narrow cushion to stretch out. The Elosung XXXL dog bed mat measures 125 x 85cm, giving giant breeds and multiple dogs a broad resting surface on the floor or inside a jumbo crate.

Use it as a dedicated sleeping spot in the lounge, a crate liner, a cover for furniture or protection for the cargo area of an SUV, wagon or van. Its lightweight 2.8kg construction also makes it practical to move between rooms or take on trips.

The surface is made from 100% polyester long plush faux fur, providing a soft layer between your dog and hard floorboards or tiles. The water resistant Oxford backing has an anti skid finish to help limit bunching and sliding as your dog gets comfortable. The pink mat is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, although its 125cm length means you will need a washing machine with enough capacity or a commercial laundromat.

For giant breeds, shared sleeping spaces or oversized crates, this mat gives you the room to fit the bed to the dog rather than the other way around.

Good to know: Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade, then shake the mat to fluff the fibres. It is not chew proof, so replace it if damaged.
