Description
The Bariloche 4.0 m x 2.5 m motorised folding arm awning provides retractable shade for patios, balconies, windows and sliding doors. Its wide canopy suits homes and businesses that need a more comfortable outdoor area during sunny weather.
Use the motor to extend or retract the awning, then use the included hand crank if manual operation is preferred. The scalloped edge and neutral grey finish give the canopy a considered look above an outdoor dining area, balcony or window.
The frame is made from powder coated aluminium, while the shade is made from 100% polyester. The fabric is described as 300-gsm and the specifications list a fabric weight of 280 g/m². The awning is stated to be UV resistant, rust resistant, fade resistant and water resistant, but it is not described as weatherproof. Wall brackets and a motor are included.
Assembly and installation are required before use. Once fitted, this retractable awning gives you flexible shade that can be adjusted as outdoor conditions change.
