Description
When afternoon sun makes a patio, balcony or room-facing window uncomfortable, the Bariloche motorised folding arm awning provides a retractable 3.0 m wide shade area with 2.5 m projection. Its grey finish suits outdoor areas where you want practical sun protection without a bright colour dominating the facade.
The awning is designed for use over patios, gardens, sliding doors, windows and balconies. Its motor opens and retracts the canopy, while the included hand crank provides an optional manual operating method.
The frame is made from powder-coated aluminium, and the shade uses 100 per cent polyester fabric listed at 300 gsm, with a stated fabric weight of 280 g/m². The fabric is UV resistant, fade resistant and water resistant, while the frame is described as rust resistant. These properties suit regular outdoor use, but the awning is not described as fully weatherproof. The scalloped edge adds a defined finish to the grey canopy.
Assembly and installation are required before use. The supplied wall fixings are for brick and concrete walls only, so a qualified builder should be consulted for installation and other structural fixing requirements.
Good to know: The package includes the motor, wall brackets, hand crank and owner’s manual. The awning arrives in a carton measuring 154 x 19 x 28 cm and weighing 21.2 kg.
