Products sold by Kotimme come with rights and guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Some products may also include an additional manufacturer or supplier warranty.

Consumer guarantees

Consumer guarantees apply automatically and are separate from any written warranty. They cannot be excluded by a manufacturer’s warranty period or by these website terms.

Manufacturer and supplier warranties

Where a product includes an additional written warranty, its duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure may vary. Keep your order confirmation and any documentation supplied with the product.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where reasonably useful. Do not send an item to an address until we provide return instructions.
