These terms apply when you use the Kotimme website or place an order with us. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery information, and Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees policy.
1. About Kotimme
Kotimme is an Australian online retailer operated by Keiki Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 94 658 379 625) from Clarkson, Western Australia. In these terms, “Kotimme”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Keiki Collective Pty Ltd.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
You must provide accurate information and use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use content in breach of intellectual-property rights.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care with product descriptions, dimensions, colours, images, availability and compatibility information. Screen settings and supplier-provided imagery can affect appearance. Check measurements, specifications and suitability before ordering and contact us if a detail is important to your decision.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include applicable GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery and other applicable charges are shown separately before an order is submitted. We may change prices prospectively, but a change does not alter an order already accepted except where there is an obvious error and the law permits correction.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where stock is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, delivery is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If payment has been taken for a cancelled item, it will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. You authorise us and the payment provider to process the amount shown for the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Products may be dispatched from different supplier locations and arrive separately. Estimated dates are not guarantees.
8. Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Any consumer-law right to cancel or obtain a remedy is unaffected.
9. Returns and consumer guarantees
Our Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees policy applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Website content and intellectual property
The website design, branding, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Kotimme unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded for services we use to supply your order.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised website activity, or events outside our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia and Australia. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
16. Entire agreement
These terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of the website and orders placed through it, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
